Dude, go for it :). Especially since he gave you permission. Make sure
you send a copy to the list.

However, I will say that asserting the presence of "divinity" does
nothing toward arguing with John's assertion that arguments also have
their implications in political discourse, and represent power struggles
between competing ideologies. I know you see this type of thinking as
inimical to Truth with a capital "T" (as does John O, for that matter),
but it isn't necessarily. Even Truth, when it shows up, has to compete
with its rivals.

Most of the time, though, we're not privileged with Truth. We just get
bits and pieces: "truths"

I hope you weren't claiming the status of "Truth" for anything you and
Robbie are saying, now.
