It certainly does. I was not restating what he himself clearly stated
(such
would be silly), but saying -- as I pointed out -- what he seemed to me to

I haven't the slightest idea why you put "institutions" in quotation
marks,
but in any case, I would never take your bet, because I know absolutely
that
you are right. It isn't any sort of silly silver bullet, though. Of
course
it's true. Politics and petty bullshit abound everywhere.

students go back to their dorm rooms after class each day and replay with

know that you are right. As I said, such times are too rare even in such
places where they are nurtured. Sometimes they are one hour in three,
sometimes one in ten, indeed, sometimes they come hardly or not at all
despite several people's efforts for an entire nine months of four or five
hours a week. So it goes.

Of course I did not already know that this was true (I don't really KNOW
