I hadn't even seen the fact that the girl was already becoming fake just to
look cool or whatever.  I think it's a damn good theory.  I'd imagine that
seeing as Seymour had spent much of his life trying not to be fake and to see
things for what they really are, in looking to the girl for a shred of hope
that there was still purity in the world and seeing her turn fake like that,
he could very likely become fed up enough to put a bullet in his brain.  Good
