i don't have my books with me, so unfortunately i won't be able to use them
as reminders. but the ones i love who leap to mind are julia alvarez, ee
cummings, charles dickens, kahlil gibran, bell hooks, john knowles, tom
robbins, jd salinger, and william wharton.
i'm curious about people's favortie songwriters. not singers or performers
(although they sometimes overlap), but songwriters. my personal "loves"
are eric anderson, ani difranco, bob dylan, lennon/mcartney, bob marley,
and emily saliers.
