As far as I know from my somewhat dorky though most friendly inter-library
librarian, a copy is winging it's way to me for a $20.00 fee--now what I
will do with it is another question--I suppose I'll bring it to a sushi
bar and wait for someone to nod significantly...then the sake and
sashimi is on me! will
