reading terrorism

A recent New Yorker article about the problems inherent in assessing
intelligence about terrorists had this paragraph in it:

> "If you take thirty movie reviewers and show them the same movie,"
> Feith told me, "they will understand its meaning in thirty different
> ways, and they will even understand the plot in different ways, and
> I'm not talking about watching 'Rashomon.' "
