Ok, here are my suggestions (based on past experiences with this kind of
thing):

1. We don't really need one person to run it, just everyone to agree on some
rules.
2. Everyone gets everyone else's e-mail address.
3. We take turns submitting work (one at a time).
4. Everyone responds to the one work.
5. No one sends their work until they've responded to someone else's.

Or, we just all send each other our stuff and send responses willy nilly :)
That'll work too if we're conscientous enough to respond to everyone.  One
writer's listserve I was on fell apart because only a third of the stuff sent
in actually got responses.

Maybe we can all send e-mail addresses to you and you can send everyone's
address to everyone on the list?
