he looks the part. someone else suggested dustin hoffman, and if it
wasn't for the fact that the same year we watched the great gatsby in
english we also watched a version of death of a salesman, with dustin
hoffman playing willy loman. now the two could never go together.
personally, i've never been able to give gatsby a face, or even any
visual characteristics, really. it's kind of impossible.
