Joyce overshadowed by Virginia Woolf? When did that happen? :). Back in
1922 upon its initial publication?

Not to say that I don't love Woolf, though. I read her for the first time
just this year and really, really liked what I was reading. She's like a
readable Joyce :).

But Joyce has an edge she lacks - at least in the works I've read. I
haven't read Orlando or The Waves, yet, though.
