I'm afraid the Laughing Man has missed his colleague's
rather louche taste in humour.
The man was not, of course, referring to the bombastic quality
of the report so much as its over-the-top, self-parodying
extravagance.
What he actually said was: 'Yes, I like it. Dat's camp...'
