My second springer spaniel was named Zooey but he died in a car
accident...

First Ed of Catcher hardback with dust jacket range between
$1,000-4,000...interestingly, the paperback english edition of Nine
Stories also has a small picture of Mr. Salinger and is titled, "For Esme
With Love and Squlaor."
