On a slightly related note I once had a dream that I had a dog called O
Henry because it had a twist in its tail. My dreams are more logical than
me (:

In my school library there was an early edition of `For Esme ...' (as it is
also called in Australia) which didn't have his photo, but a friend of mine
had an early paperback edition which I think did. It seems Salinger's
picture slipped through the net in Australia.
