Sorry, Pete. In my cynical way, I just assumed you were
sending us up. We ancients are so conditioned to expect
coolness & hipness in the young that whenever I read someone
of your supposedly promiscuous generation write about sex
in idealistic terms, I find it hard to believe he's being serious.
Incidentally, it IS interesting to hear that same idealism
shining through most of these other posts as well. Makes it
sound all rather sacred - or (in Holland anyway) the latest
healthy outdoor activity, like hiking with the Students
Christian Movement.
I prefer my sex darker, anarchic, obsessive, forbidden.
MUCH more enjoyable.
