I agree with you that at some point on some topics, there is a definite impasse,
but I don't think anyone should give up pushing their beliefs on others.  I DON'T
want to discuss any of these here (you can mail me personally if you want to discuss
them), but I am personally against Capital Punishment, Abortion, Handgun Proliferation,
Military Action, and Anything Else that Hurts People (I'm the face on Republican
dartboards)--and it would be a betrayal of my morality to just accept that people
disagree with me and let these things go on.

Why have strong beliefs about important issues if you responsiblity no need to Do
Something About Them?
Dante tells us, "The hottest places in hell are reserved for those who, in a period
of moral crisis, remained neutral."
