- But no matter how special, you still can't make
proper Texmex breakfast tacos that side of Dallas.

Il n'y a pas de hors texte,

Matt

Texmex, Haggis, fried maggots, all the same. I am talking New Mexican
Cuisine and American cuisine such as the Hamburger. I know that New Mexico
is not all of the US it's just the part that matters.

You know that Chile has capsaicin (sp?) which is literally chemically
addicting. When I pass any grocery store here with their Chile roasters
going in the fall I am Pavlov's dog. It is a real involuntary response.
Maybe english food is that way, I have known people with uncontrollable
urges to eat dirt.
