There's John Wenke's J.D. Salinger: A Study of the Short Fiction. 
(Boston:Twanye Publishers,l991).  Wenke is not only strong on all 
(collected and uncollected stories) of Salinger's short fiction, but 
also includes analysis of selected crtical response grouped by 
critic.  I really like the way his readings and other readings are 
presented in this book.  Will
